Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will arrive within the delivery estimate shown on the checkout page. When the order has been placed you will also receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date. As soon as the order has been shipped you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Select your country on the checkout page and the shipping rate will be updated. 

What happens if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We strongly advice you to choose your products carefully, as most of our pieces are hand made and made to order. We therefore are not able to offer a refund or exchange on a product if you changed your mind. However, we do want all our customers to find products they can love for a long time, so if you should need to change your order please send us a request and we will review it within 3 business days. If there was a quality issue with you order, send us a photo and a description of the issue and we'll work together with you to find the best solution.

Is the shipping sustainable?

All our transportations with DHL Express are climate neutral.

By using DHL GOGREEN we invest in climate protection projects in various regions across the globe, supporting a mix of projects in the categories of energy efficiency, renewable energy and reforestation/afforestation. We insist on high standards and the selected climate protection projects are based on their value for both the environment and the local communities. Environmental protection is high on DHL's agenda with an ambitious environmental target of zero emissions by 2050.

Aside from the shipping itself we keep our packaging material 100% sustainable, and design our boxes so that most of our products ship flat, as envelops, to save energy.
