How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are handmade with care, therefore, if you are in a rush, we might not be the company for you. We want our customers to really take time when making the decision to buy new furniture, after an order is received a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks is to be expected. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Select your country on the checkout page and the shipping rate will be updated.Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/50 USD/45 EUR/40 GBP will be charged at return.
What happens if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We strongly advice you to choose your products carefully, as most of our pieces are hand made and made to order. We therefore are not able to offer a refund or exchange on a product if you changed your mind. However, we do want all our customers to find products they can love for a long time, so if you should need to change your order please send us a request and we will review it within 3 business days. If there was a quality issue with you order, send us a photo and a description of the issue and we'll work together with you to find the best solution. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product(s).
Is the shipping sustainable?
All our transportations with DHL Express are climate neutral.

Aside from the shipping itself we keep our packaging material 100% sustainable, and design our boxes so that most of our products ship flat, as envelops, to save energy.
